Graduated from the San Alejandro Academy. Specialty of Painting and Sculpture. Havana, Cuba, 1963.

He studied at the Department of Ethnology and Folklore of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba and Art History at the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Havana.

Member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP).
